I submitted comments this month to @VAStateCorpComm on my opposition to another Dulles Greenway toll increase. Virginians are already being squeezed from every direction. They shouldn't have to bail out a billion-dollar company or pay for its financial decisions with higher tolls

Dominion wants to hike your rates by $1.5B to build power for data centers. I testified at the SCC today to say, No. I carried a bill this session to make Data Centers pay for their infrastructure, not everyday Virginians. We need industry accountability. Listen here ⬇️

4/ Working with the Virginia Wineries Association & colleagues on both sides of the aisle, we passed a bipartisan bill that ended excessive penalties for wineries acting in good faith & required ABC to implement electronic filing for farm wineries to address the underlying issue.
