#Tashkent’s theatres have a rich tradition, but their infrastructure needs urgent support. Visited the Mukimi Academic, Youth & Puppet Theatres and Arena dormitory — all require reconstruction. Updating repertoires and supporting modern productions is essential.
Responsible officials have already been appointed to address funding issues, and the implementation of these measures is under my personal supervision.

Sulforaphane may be one of the most powerful natural compounds for helping your body clear harmful chemicals
It activates NRF2, a built-in defense pathway that turns on detoxification genes and may also support the excretion of BPA, based on strong mechanistic logic and animal data
You can get it from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and broccoli sprouts, or from stabilized supplemental forms made from its precursor, glucoraphanin (Rhonda takes Avmacol Extra Strength)
One of the clearest examples comes from broccoli sprout extracts, which increased excretion of airborne carcinogens like benzene by about 60% within 24 hours

AOC: FISA has been a constitutional civil rights crisis since its drafting in the Patriot Act in the post-9/11 era. We have a huge amount of problems with warrantless surveillance and wiretapping against American civilians.
And we need to do our job to make sure that their rights—
Question: What about the consequences? I mean, your home state was hit by 9/11.
AOC: Of course, we want to make sure that we’re prioritizing national security. But we also have to be a check on the use of that excuse of national security to invade and to violate the civil rights of everyday Americans who have a baked-in constitutional ability to conduct their lives with privacy and dignity.

Gymflation is real.
Half the people in the replies are saying it’s possible with years of consistency.
No matter how many years you put in, it’s impossible to have shoulders and arms like that while being this lean.
Maybe one in a million people with elite genetics can.

Incredibly interesting result here.
Combining rapamycin with exercise didn't help and may have even impaired exercise adaptations in older adults!
Reminds me of metformin (also once marketed as a "longevity drug"), which also blunts exercise adaptations in certain contexts.

Our Rapamycin & Exercise clinical trial has just been published! The topline result? Rapamycin didn't help. Instead, it may have made things worse. Here's what we found 🧵 onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.10…

I tell this story in my book. But sometimes the times you say no - to stay focused on your vision- are just as important as the times you say yes.

When Arnold @Schwarzenegger was offered $200K to manage a chain of gyms he had to make a decision: take the job or keep pursuing his dream of becoming a movie star.
English

@Schwarzenegger Don’t worry Arnold, I will teach u a posing routine which I learned from Europe. You will raise your arms higher, and lower. We will oil you up and you will be on stage again. The higher u raise, the louder you get.
