Rust is getting Mortars in next week's forcewipe. Will this be another new item that nobody uses, or something that changes PvP completely?

Here's a useful Rust tip you might not be using already: You can use battlemetrics to look at the population of servers you want to play over time, to see how quickly they become dead

It feels like every Rust YouTube video is the same at the moment. Rushing the Deep Sea, or abusing the current shield meta Is anyone else sick of it?

A few months ago, Rust accidentally released this skin early. It was in the store for minutes before it was immediately pulled Somehow, a few were sold, making it one of the rarest skins in Rust ever..

i don't think people realise how much money it takes to start a casino togi tried, but quit before he went live getting a casino live takes at least a million alone, and that's on the low end. and not to forget, most of the influencer deals that guys like clav or stevewilldoit get don't even make sense roi wise for a casino, but that's the point. they don't have to make sense, as the brand awareness they bring is worth the investment alone. if they only relied on that one influencer, they would be burning money. aka, if an influencer would start a casino themselves, they would hardly make the same money as they do now, considering they have to pay overhead, payout winners etc. if they take a deal, they don't have to deal with any of that, let alone spend any time managing a company (and being able to focus on just content) only way I would see it working is if they have an elite operator behind them who owns half the company to manage it all, and the influencer is just the face. anything other than that doesn't make sense for an influencer to take all that headache, to make less money.
Jack@Jackkk

Threadguy explains why influencers will start launching their own platforms to keep all the value for themselves “Instead of Clavicular taking $40,000,000 from Stake to gamble on the platform, he should just make his own platform and it would win” “Instead of Clav taking $40,000,000 from HIMS to promote peptides and all of these pills, Clav should just make his own HIMS competitor, his own distribution platform. It would absolutely crush” “That commoditization of gambling platforms is gonna happen across every vertical. It’s sort of happened in physical products. We’ve seen Skims and PRIME do it” “But I think very soon, it’s gonna be the era where these deals are gonna start getting so ridiculous from every platform to sign influencers when they realize the only thing they have is influencers” “The biggest threat to HIMS is Clav making his own. The biggest threat to Gymshark is Togi making his own. As the deals get more and more ridiculous, you’re just gonna see more of these influencers brands just crush” “When Neon does an interview and is confused why gambling platforms are paying so much… they’re paying so much because a Neon gambling platform would make more money than he makes on a Stake deal”

@Badoodle123 Yeah, Rust lacks any sort of "Wear" like CS2 as well + no stickers, so there's so much less variation with skins

@RustylootGG Makes sense because all my friends used to mainly play rust, but they have only skins for cs. Camo sets are probably the most popular ones is my guess.

The Market Cap of all Rust skins is around ~200 million dollars. This makes the Rust skin market about 20x smaller than the CS2 market.

Am I the only person who feels like cheating in Rust is getting worse over time? This wipe alone I've reported two people who have gotten banned, and seen 20+ bans in chat.
