Was reading that people back in the 70s never drank “water” much, that they didnt think of carrying a bottle or water back then. We kids did. Poverty was such we couldn’t always afford pop, we took empty pop bottles filled with water to the park on hot days. Slightly sticky water

To my mind, bringing the shopping in from the car and unpacking the shopping are two separate tasks which require a rest and a snack between them.
