@DrMichaelMosley just listened to your Sleep Well episode about morning light. I’ve worn transition lenses for years. Does wearing these glasses negate the benefit of morning light? Should I stumble around outside without them first thing?!

@SamiraAhmedUK Absolutely *loved* your #ArtOfPersia series - thank you. I visited Iran in 2019 and it’s been wonderful to see again places like Yazd, Esfehan and Persepolis. My outstanding memory is the friendliness of the people who were so welcoming. I indefinitely want to go back.

Having denied it several times, the kittens have admitted that they stole the poppadom but they refuse to resign. They say they've got work to do, scratching the side of the sofa and keeping the bears away. I said there aren't any bears here. They said, that's thanks to them.

@winematcher hi - ‘sugar houses’ were places where sugar was processed from slave grown sugar cane. The rum distilleries were often close by because they were a by-product of sugar production. Here’s a map of sugar houses in Bristol mawer.clara.net/loc-bristol.ht…
