🚨🎙INTERVIEWER: Mason Mount, it's been two years since you joined Manchester United from Chelsea. What motivated you to make that decision, and what exactly went wrong between you and your former teammate Enzo?
🗣🎙Mason Mount: "Well, it's a long story. I really love Chelsea, my boyhood club, as everyone knows. Leaving them for Manchester United was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. But we couldn't reach an agreement on a new contract, and that was one of the main reasons I left."
"I grew up playing for Chelsea, but the offer on the table just wasn't good enough for me. There were doubts about my future because I wasn't at my best at the time, after suffering injuries and I understand that. But judging my entire future based on that period left me with no choice but to move on."
"As for my relationship with my former teammates, especially Enzo, I don't really know what went wrong. I think it was just the heat of the moment. Players often have small issues with each others (opponents) on the pitch. He's a very emotional guy with real passion for the game, not just for Chelsea. And with the big rivalry between Chelsea and Manchester United, maybe he's not happy that I'm playing for United now. But that's normal in football."
"I still love Chelsea, maybe one day ill still wear the chelsea shirt again. And I'm not happy with the current situation there. Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in Europe over the past 25 years and shouldn't be handled carelessly like it's been handled now. The fans deserve better, and I hope things start going in the right direction for them soon. That's all I have to say for now. Thanks."

Friend of mine started “Reta” and it’s honestly wild.
He says he barely eats ~1000 calories a day because he’s just not hungry. Still lifts 5x a week.
In ~2 months:
21% → 10% body fat
Down 30 total lbs
Lost only ~1 lb of muscle on the InBody scan.
This isn’t an ad I am genuinely curious.
He’s basically the same guy… just way leaner and way more confident.
But what are the long-term side effects of nuking your appetite like this? Anyone seen issues?

No performance gain from carbs?
I wonder if you’re pushing hard enough to get a performance gain.
If you’re in the gym training like the average person (on average, you are) with 5-10 reps in reserve, carbs won’t make a difference.
If you’re going balls to the wall they might.
I’ve tested this and on average I train wayyyy better with carbs.
Lots of variables tho.
Sleep, mindset, overall diet, diet the day before.
I’ve had great training session fasted and still do sometimes.
But I feel comfortable now, that if I’m going all out on a hard session, I train better with carbs.
40gms pre seems to be a sweet spot for me,
Loads of water, some electrolytes…

There are no aliens. Even if there were (and there aren't) they would have no way of getting here. The distances are simply too vast. Far, far too vast.
The nearest star outside of our own sun is 4.2 light-years away. No aliens, no matter how clever, will ever be able to travel anywhere near the speed of light. The laws of physics prevent it. To accelerate any mass at all (even a pebble) to anything approaching even 1/3rd the speed of light would take incomprehensibly vast amounts of energy. You need a lot of spaceship (and I mean YUGE) to hold that much energy. So, now you've got a heck of a lot more than a pebble to move. Your energy problem just got infinitely worse.
It's impossible folks. ET ain't out there, and even if he was, he ain't dropping by for a visit.
