@ed_dems Unfortunate that none of them will do this, but I really think the best example of this strategy is what Mamdani did. It's still anti Dem establishment to be critical of Israel which is incredibly popular among genpop, and align with Trump on the concept of affordability.

@poisin224 @ryangrim You're correct. I presented that hypothetical as more of an idea as to where I stand on support for Taiwan, but I do think exclusively verbal affirmation of One China Policy is the way to continue. There's certainly no good guy but I want Taiwan's continued sovereignty.

@poisin224 @ryangrim I would rather the US vocally oppose the One China Policy and support Taiwan's right to sovereignty rather than fully commit to One China and give the green light to China going and reclaiming Taiwan in some sort of blood and soil project.
