@SW_Help I’ve been stuck for ages in Earlsfield and still need to get two more trains after this one, with no sign of any movement. Am I able to get a taxi and make a claim?
@tirrylea Hey Fiona, unfortunately we don't have taxi claim-backs in place as we are advising customer not to travel. We do have ticket acceptance on some routes, which you can find on our website: southwesternrailway.com/plan-my-journey. My apologies for the disruption. ^CW
@SW_Help Wild theory!
Did @SW_Help intentionally break the service today, as their managers don't want to meet the public at the #MeettheManager session this afternoon?
@lauraLau9154uK@SW_Help I have just offered feedback right here, why do I need to fill in another form?
The replacement trains should not need another team to manage.
Just do it immediately after disruption
@lauraLau9154uK@SW_Help Shocking service from SW, you should bend over backwards to help us, how can you not immediately allow for any onward travel on any route. Atrocious!!!
@SW_Help@hold_pete@UKLabour Do you really think we care about complaints forms?
Get the trains fixed, or at least get the drivers to apologise and explain. Tell people FFS what is going on and when trains will be back to normal.
This is not rocket science.
@hold_pete@UKLabour Hello, I am sorry for the inconvenience, we currently have trains under maintenance and this is why we are running short trains at the moment, would you like the complaints form to raise a complaint? ^GG
@SW_Help 6:47 and it’s standing room only for a twenty pound ticket because you only run 4 carriages. It’s criminal. And don’t use new trains are coming as an excuse as because that’s a lie. Broken Britain @UKLabour
@BilllyJP Hi Billy, I am sorry to hear that. We are looking to add some features to the app in the next coming months. We do welcome feedback on our app which can be sent here customer.relations@nationalrail.co.uk
