@tirrylea Hey Fiona, unfortunately we don't have taxi claim-backs in place as we are advising customer not to travel. We do have ticket acceptance on some routes, which you can find on our website: southwesternrailway.com/plan-my-journey. My apologies for the disruption. ^CW

@SW_Help @hold_pete @UKLabour Do you really think we care about complaints forms? Get the trains fixed, or at least get the drivers to apologise and explain. Tell people FFS what is going on and when trains will be back to normal. This is not rocket science.
