An update this morning on the GRiZTronics lines overnight at The Gorge and how things are currently moving: Things do appear to be moving faster overall compared to overnight, but I’m still hearing from many people who have ultimately hit total wait times of 12–14 hours before finally reaching security + tollbooths this morning. I’ve even had some locals reach out today saying they have never seen traffic congestion or lines like these in 20+ years of living near the venue. For those entering today…waits via Rd. 1 NW have reportedly been significantly shorter (~2 hours) compared to the Silica Rd. entrance, where the major bottleneck has formed. I’ll continue monitoring updates as the day goes on.
