Holiday to visit family for first time in c.25 years in July. Just found out there is a racecourse there... and they are racing while we're in town. Similar experience to Royal Ascot by the look of it 🤣 Has anyone been? (It's in Salerno)

@TracksideJay A first time out strike rate of 62% for participants in these trials is an absolutely incredible stat. Back the participants blind on that data alone and you’d obviously be well up! “Almost no value” 🤦🏻‍♂️

@RyanTurnerr @CraigWitheford1 It's a 6 furlong trial with no official weights & a mixture of horses. You could have a true 6f horse trialing with a middle distance horse with an unrealistic swing in the weights. These trials hold almost no value to you as a punter, it's just an education for the horses.
