@ring there needs to be a feature that allows users to TURN OFF THE DOORBELL. I’m not talking about motion settings. I’m talking about the ding dong. I just put my baby down and @FedEx rang the bell at 8pm. My dog went ballistic. Some things don’t require an actual ‘ring’
@AskLyft how is it ok for your driver to make me wait 15 minutes in the cold before canceling on me when he’s 2 minutes away. But if I cancel 2 minutes after requesting a ride, I’m charged a cancellation fee?
