For all of you just now getting up, here’s your recap: Rickie was swinging it well the first few holes, just no birdies to speak of. Missed the fairway on 6 and then had a tough time with his swing after that. Had it to +2 Thru 10 and thought the round was slipping, solid bounce back birdie at the 11th. He made a pair of 8 footers for par on 14 & 15 to keep the round going. Made a long putt on 16 and almost holed an eagle putt on 17. 18 was sloppy but it’s a tough hole. All in all I’m not too disappointed with the final result. Didn’t really feel like he swung it all that well today. Made a couple silly mistakes missing the fairway with an iron on 9 and 10. Also made a bad bogey on 13 after driving it right down the middle. Putter definitely saved him today! #TheOpen

Done critiquing, now onto some applause. Poch had this team moving like a well oiled machine for 3 of the 1st 4 games of the tournament. That was footy that oldheads had never seen before & casuals could really fall in love with. #USMNT won over the nation this summer.

Chris Richards is getting all the applause but how good was Tim Ream last night?! Ream completed 7/9 long balls yesterday + a number of progressive passes that cut through the Paraguay left side. Ream is/was key to the #USMNT possession and ball progression from the back

There is unquestionably a stain on the World Cup thanks to the policies of the current admin. Players, coaches, referees, fans… everyone should be welcome to enjoy the beautiful game in the US & detaining or refusing entry won’t be something the world will forget. I was purely referring to the road tripping across our country by fans from other countries when I referred to enjoying off the field stories.
