The remarks by the President of Korea, Lee Jae Myung, including the trivialization of the massacre of Jews on the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel, are unacceptable and warrant strong condemnation. This account is notorious for spreading anti-Israeli disinformation and falsehoods about Israel. The event discussed occurred during an operation against terrorists, at a time when Israeli soldiers were facing direct and immediate threats to their lives. The event was thoroughly investigated and addressed two years ago. Yet we have not heard a single word from the President about the terrorists who were at the center of this event. Nor have we heard a word from the President regarding the recent Iranian and Hezbollah terror attacks against Israeli citizens. Mr. President, it’s always better to check before posting.

Socialists and communists are today the true inheritors of the revolutionary liberal tradition of the 18th century since liberalism is no longer a revolutionary tradition but has degenerated into conservatism.

A reminder that this guy lives in America where he could never get away with saying that we need to "preserve a Christian majority" or we need to preserve a "white majority" in the US. Ethno-nationalism is bad if you believe in secular liberal democracy. Let's stop pretending.

“He opposes any two-state solution that seeks to preserve a Jewish majority in Israel.” We must stop acting like this is some neutral or reasonable position. Preserving a Jewish majority in Israel isn’t the same as preserving a white majority in America. One emerged from two thousand years of expulsions, pogroms, and genocide. The other did not.
