It appears Blue Origin has had a testing failure with a GS2 tank in the 2Cat test facility on their campus at Cape Canaveral. Given the noticeable roof damage and overall damage to the facility, it’s very likely this was unintentional. It will be interesting to see if we hear more details from them on this. 📸 - @LaunchHeavenX

@peterrhague It could be flight 6 or flight 7 in my opinion, as there’s a chance the one for flight 6 was farther along in production than this.

Trans-Lunar Injection (TLI) has been completed by Orion's OMS engine (on the European Service Module), and the crew is now on a free-return trajectory of the Moon!

Following a rollout back to LC-39B, SLS did not attempt another Wet Dress Rehearsal. Propellant load on launch day was successfully completed without too much leaking, and Artemis II was just hours away. Then, after the astronauts traveled to the pad and boarded Orion, teams noticed a communications issue with the Flight Termination System (FTS), which required Shuttle-era hardware to be retrieved from the VAB, and the issue was resolved. Then the Launch Abort System (LAS) had a battery temperature issue, and a hold was called for weather, but those were eventually resolved as well. Artemis II lifted off Wednesday evening, under the power of 2 Solid Rocket Boosters (SRBs) and 4 Hydrolox-powered RS-25 engines, launching humans to the Moon for the first time since 1972. After the core stage had separated, the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS) along with Orion floated away and performed a perigee raise burn around half an hour later. This was successful, and a series of more burns using the Kerolox-powered RL10 engine brought Orion and ICPS from LEO into HEO, taking humans the farthest from Earth since the Apollo program, breaking Polaris Dawn's record. After separation from the ICPS, Orion Integrity was manually piloted during "proximity operations" testing, which tested a set of maneuvers around the spent ICPS. This was also successful. The ICPS later deployed rideshare cubesats and performed a burn to send it into a graveyard orbit. NASA Commander Reid Wiseman, NASA Pilot Victor Glover, NASA Mission Specialist Christina Koch, and CSA Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen are on their way to the Moon. The future of human spaceflight is upon us. Follow along with their progress at youtu.be/m3kR2KK8TEs, which is where any images in the following replies are taken from.

Liftoff. The Artemis II mission launched from @NASAKennedy at 6:35pm ET (2235 UTC), propelling four astronauts on a journey around the Moon. Artemis II will pave the way for future Moon landings, as well as the next giant leap — astronauts on Mars.

On Thursday, Blue Origin successfully launched the 38th flight of their New Shepard suborbital launch vehicle from Launch Site One in West Texas to above the Kármán line and back. This flight carried 6 "crew members" (passengers), Tim Drexler, Linda Edwards, Alain Fernandez, Alberto Gutiérrez, Jim Hendren, and Laura Stiles aboard crew capsule RSS First Step, on its 16th flight, which safely touched down in the Texas Desert via parachutes. New Shepard, a fully reusable launch vehicle, also used propulsion module NS4 on its 17th flight which landed via landing legs under the power of its BE-3PM engine at their North Landing Pad. Flights like these are important because they provide several minutes of microgravity to the crew capsule, allowing for numerous scientific experiments, and also give the crew a fantastic view of the Earth through the capsule's massive windows. Images below are from the mission's official livestream, which you can watch at youtu.be/-T_hA6mPiIY.

We come with this decision with great sadness, tracking Starbase has been an incredible journey and we appreciate everything you have done for us. Due to a lack of funding, Starbase Tracking will not longer be tracking SpaceX, we have collectively decided to cancel our major projects and track a more reasonably timed program for our highly dedicated team. Artemis. This account will be rebranded in the coming hours. More updates to come soon. Hopefully. Okay you’re right, we’re just kidding! Artemis II does launch today and we will be covering the countdown to the best of our ability. Godspeed!

On Sunday morning, Roscosmos launched the uncrewed Progress MS-33 aboard a Soyuz 2.1a to resupply the International Space Station. This used the repaired Site 31/6 at Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, after it suffered major damage during a crewed Soyuz mission in November. After launch, one of the antennas failed to properly deploy, meaning Sergey Kud-Sverchkov had to manually pilot it during rendezvous and docking. The mission was otherwise successful. Photos are from the official livestream at youtu.be/O1OaCfLTPnw.

After the vehicle was lifted back onto Pad 2, Booster 19 performed a prop load and igniter test on Sunday. Then, on Monday, B19 performed a static fire test for the very first time. This used all 10 installed engines and started successfully, but was later aborted due to a GSE issue. Booster 19 has now rolled back to the production site for installation of the remaining engines.

Throughout the past few days, Booster 19 has completed various checkouts as well as two prop load tests on Pad 2. On Tuesday, the LOX tank was filled to nearly the top and the CH4 tank was filled to standard engine test levels, and the DSS and deluge fired but there were no visible engine tests. It is possible a spin prime may have been performed, but we couldn't see it. On Wednesday, prop was loaded to the same levels and the DSS (but not the deluge) fired ahead of a large white cloud emerging, a sign of a potential spin prime test. B19 was safely detanked and lifted off of the OLM on Friday morning, being placed onto the BTS for inspections and maintenance. Some minor unexpected chine damage was visible, but otherwise the vehicle appears okay. A rollback is not expected and the vehicle will likely perform more testing during a Boca Chica Beach closure on Sunday. Video is from Avid Nerdle cam, at youtu.be/GMuCFMnxuaA.

Last night, SpaceX rolled Booster 19 to Orbital Pad 2 in Starbase, Texas. It was lifted onto the launch pad this afternoon, the first time a vehicle has ever been lifted at Pad 2. It has all 3 grid fins (2 with catch points) and 10 out of 33 Raptor 3 engines installed and will likely be tested during a Boca Chica Beach closure tomorrow.
