It's a shame.
SABKA@SABKAPak

A state with no confidence in its civilian institutions will falter under the weight of its own contradictions. Today's judgement by the Supreme Court's #ConstitutionalBench, a product of the controversial #26thAmendment, allowing the #militarytrialsofcivilians, distorts not just the fundamental tenets of Pakistan's Constitution, but inflicts a damaging blow to the entire edifice of the state which rests not only upon a separation of powers but also upon civilian supremacy. Pakistanis are patriots that support the strong armed forces defending our country against external and internal military aggression, as well as robust, transparent and democratic civilian institutions. The fight to protect and build Pakistan into a strong and undefeated nation will go on. #PakistanZindabad #PakistanUnited

SABKA, through its platform, has initiated advocacy sessions called SABKA IJLAAS, which primarily focus on the often-neglected areas of fundamental rights and the safeguarding of constitutional principles. This initiative received coverage from @Aaj_Urdu and resonates with the themes of #HumSABKAPakistan and #26thamendment. #HumSABKAPakistan #26thamendment @SalAhmedPK @Jaferii @shimaila_m @nazimhaji @ArshadAnis1 @SamarKhanPTI @MasoodS95920530 @FahimSiddiqui49

The SC deprived PTI of the bat right before the general elections on Feb 8. Now in the reserved seats case, the CJP questions why PTI candidates did not apply to the ECP for the bat symbol.  You really could not make this up.

@rabiaazfar Sadly agree. This nation has been deprived of it fundamental rights and privileges. We now have a failed state on our hands with the same 'elite capture' mafia and system continuing to rape this nation.

Oh! It's like we're stuck in a time loop where the Chief Minister and Education Department are master of recycling promises about improving education. Hearing the same old lines over and over again without any significant progress to show for it. It's like déjà vu! The newspaper article highlighting Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah's meeting with the education department seems to present ANOTHER plan to address various issues in the education sector in Sindh. However, it also raises concerns about the poor performance of the Sindh government in delivering on their promises and addressing the challenges faced by the education system. The article mentions key points discussed during the meeting, such as enhancing the educational environment, reconstructing damaged schools, upgrading facilities, and improving teacher training. These initiatives are crucial for improving the quality of education in Sindh. However, the repeated emphasis on these issues without substantial progress being made in decade tells the capacity and will of sindh government to actually implementing these plans. Please remember no building survey done in last 10 years and most of the school buildings are in shambles in risk for children. One of the concerning aspects highlighted in the article is the impact of recent floods on schools, with a significant number of schools damaged. Despite this, classes are continuing in makeshift arrangements, indicating a lack of urgency in addressing the infrastructure challenges faced by schools in the region. Moreover, the mention of a ban on new hiring in local councils to enhance transparency and efficiency is a positive step. However, the implementation of such measures and the actual improvement in governance practices remain to be seen. Overall, while the article paints a picture of the government's intentions to prioritize education in Sindh, the lack of concrete actions, delayed responses to critical issues like infrastructure damage, and a history of unfulfilled promises raise concerns about the actual performance and commitment of the Sindh government in improving the education sector. @SindhDepartment @SindhGovtPk @SELD_Sindh

Rescuing anyone almost lynched for no crime is the job of police. #ASPSheherbano did her job. But the apology police made the victim make is in line with the practice of handing women over to abusers after a fake apology is exacted to keep the peace. Police bow down to criminals.

@SABKAPak is reaching out to privileged citizens, acknowledging their crucial role in advocating for positive change in Pakistan. The empowered elite holds the voice and influence needed to bring about meaningful transformation. It is unjust to place the burden of reform on those already grappling below the poverty line and deprived of basic rights. #JoinSabka for ##HumSabkaPakistan

SABKA condemns the state's stranglehold over citizen's fundamental rights, evident in its crackdown on peaceful protests, imposition of curfews, curtailing of social media, intrusion into women's private affairs and arrests of citizens and journalists for their opinions. Public office holders are meant to SERVE and PROTECT the people, not themselves! #JoinSABKA #HumSabkaPakistan #AsadToor #LahoreProtest #TwitterBan #XBan #DigitalRights #Pakistan
