@British_Airways your messed up and are not giving refund, that’s messed up. You negligence and failure to answer calls and ignore people did this. Give us a refund or voucher. You don’t answer customers on time and then blame them.

@British_Airways your customer service is horrible. Despite reporting our bags missing in Dublin airport after a transfer from Heathrow—7 days ago, we have heard Nothing and have not communicated with any BA service member. We will definitely fly other airlines in future.

@erikapryan @NPR Yes! @British_Airways lost ALL of my family’s luggage! It never showed up in Dublin. Is it at LHR? Is it in DUB? @British_Airways hasn’t communicated with me so who knows?

@British_Airways , it’s been more than 72 hours and my family’s bags have yet to arrive. Ireland is a lovely country but it is unacceptable to go this long with any communication or reunification with our bags. Please do better.

@British_Airways still waiting for any sort of contact, had 4 flight delays/stopovers at the end of may from Manchester to Miami, got their 45 hours late. Had to pay expenses to cover ourselves while delayed. No help from customer service. Shocking service.
