This evening, we had to say goodbye to Sawyer 💔 he was Winter's cousin/BFF from day 1 (even when he weighed 10x as much as her).
He lived a good and happy life and brought a smile to everyone's face whom he met on the street. We already miss him dearly 🌈
@HPSupport I have described my issue at least 5 times to different people in private messages since Sept 13 and no one seems capable of understanding. Pls provide a link to HP Customer Support through the website where I can have an online chat with someone more knowledgeable.
@HPSupport How do I contact HP Customer Service? My issue is about an ink cartridge sent as a replacement for a defective one I purchased. I just discovered the replacement won’t work unless I enroll in Instant Ink program, which I don’t want to do. This is BS!

@Verizon and @NXSTMediaGroup Just settle the contract already! Your affected customers are well beyond “inconvenienced” and many, like us, have other supplier options. Playing this version of “chicken” is not a good look for either of you!
@MassGenBrigham Hey MGH — you need to do better with your customer/patient response! Trying to get appointment w/ Movement Disorder Clinic. PCP submitted referral weeks ago but no one can tell me if it’s been received. Voicemails are not returned; time on hold is horrendous.
