Ridiculous that a governing board member is calling for students to skip school. Pantera is failing the students.
Parents For PV@ParentsForPVUSD

@pvschools Governing Board President Tony Pantera shares Marxist Holiday May Day post calling for 'no work' and 'no school', presumably calling on district staff to not come to work and students to not attend school. Pantera should resign immediately!

It’s unfortunate I have to respond to this kind of nonsensical dribble, but I will not sit back while voters are misled about what actually happened. The hypocrisy here is rich. Former councilwoman Betty Janik submits an op-ed laced with “untruth” while complaining about “untruths” in the campaign. Let’s start with the obvious: Why isn’t Solange Whitehead @Solange4AZ defending her own record? Instead, we get a surrogate who didn’t have the courage to run for reelection, doing Whitehead’s dirty work…that alone says it all. Now The Facts: First -- Suggesting that not having “the vote as soon as possible” somehow justifies canceling the election altogether is absurd. Second -- Here’s the contradiction you can’t explain away: Solange signed a letter on April 14, 2025, opposing a bill that allowed the State to gut a valid referendum. Then, on November 17, 2025, Whitehead turns around and does exactly that to Scottsdale voters and repeals their constitutional right to vote in that very referendum. Betty, that’s not spin. That’s the record you’re desperately trying to hide. Third -- The claim that Solange worked with residents to find a compromise is a joke. The public didn’t ask for a compromise; Axon did. Fourth -- The “already approved 24/7 warehouse” narrative is flat-out false. Nothing like that was approved. Axon floated a potential Amazon sale as a scare tactic — that’s it. Fifth -- Let’s stop rewriting history. No one opposes/d Axon’s headquarters or economic development, as you wrongly proclaim in your propaganda piece. The opposition has always been about the massive 1,900 apartment compound being forced down Scottsdale’s throat. Newsflash, apartments are not economic development. •Apartments do not lower taxes •Apartments do not strengthen public safety •Apartments do not make Scottsdale a global hub for law enforcement conferences or Research & Development. Voters deserve the facts. They deserve transparency. And most importantly, they deserve their voice! Not elected officials, like Solage Whitehead, deciding when it’s convenient to silence it.

Had a great time last night speaking to LD2 Republicans about the importance of keeping an experienced conservative to lead the State Treasurer’s office, safely grow our investment portfolio, and someone who can beat the far-left Democrat in November.

More of the Lamar Whitmer, Susan Wood, and Mayor Borowsky Circus By @ScottsdaleVoter Scottsdale residents deserve better than the endless drama from Mayor Lisa Borowsky and her inner circle. The latest chapter shows the same pattern of shadowy deals, failed power plays, and outright denial Lamar Whitmer and Susan Wood run the Alliance for Scottsdale's Future, a dark money group that @NSIndependent reports lists @MayorBorowsky as CEO at one point. This comes right after their humiliating defeat, where the Alliance spent tens of thousands to kill a voter-approved parking expansion in Old Town. We now know Borowsky worked behind the scenes to sell the Corral parking lot to a private developer for high-density housing. So much for listening to voters The garage fight followed Whitmer's own humiliating termination. The City Manager was forced to fire him for a litany of improper behavior, including substantiated claims of election tampering, abuse of power, and racial or ethnic remarks. Reports also allege that Whitmer asked Axon for donations to Borowsky in exchange for a positive vote on their apartments, but Axon execs wouldn't play ball Now the Alliance sits under investigation for violating campaign finance laws. A local resident filed the complaint and right on cue Whitmer and Wood deny everything, with Wood crying "lawfare" and Whitmer showing his ignorance by claiming it is "immaterial" how much he spent because his full-page color ads attacking Councilor Graham and others somehow did not advocate "against a specific candidate" Readers notice something else. The Alliance's attacks always spare California Democrat and fellow Axon-supporter Solange Whitehead. The Alliance exploits loopholes to hide donors. Not only is it possible that Axon money funds the group, but it would explain they hammer Graham and protect Whitehead Records show that Borowsky formed the original Alliance in 2022, dissolved it in 2023, then watched a new version pop up in 2025 with her former staffers in charge. Her office claims zero involvement. Actions tell a different story Let the process play out. Scottsdale voters see the pattern clearly. Backroom deals, dark money, and fired staffers who keep trying to run things from the shadows. It is time to hold them accountable and elect leaders who actually respect residents

Once again, Councilwoman Solange Whitehead votes one way and campaigns another. She held a campaign event disguised as a “water forum” to bash the City Manager and push her expensive “toilet-to-tap” plan. Thank you Scottsdale Progress for publishing my response: Whitehead’s own votes—waiving Axon’s water requirements (enough for 12,000 homes) and approving 4,500+ new apartments—don’t match her alarmist “we’re facing massive shortages” rhetoric. Her campaign tactics raise concerns about politicians pressuring water administrators to fast-track these $150 million controversial initiatives—while residents ask whether her real goal is to find the water needed to approve even more density. City leaders should calm fears with facts—not exploit them for political gain.

Rep. Joseph Chaplik 🇺🇸
It is appalling that we have come to this point. The left has normalized political violence to the point where their followers are desensitized and some rooting for it. Can you imagine if this had happened during Obama’s or Biden’s administration? DC would be in complete lockdown. Draconian leftist gun-grabbing and free-speech-destroying legislation would be rolled out on all the Sunday shows. We cannot continue to let the radicals run over us, attempt to kill—or even kill anyone. We need to know whom this shooter was talking to before he decided to attempt the unthinkable. God bless President Trump.
Kari Lake@KariLake

President Trump was going to deliver an incredible and humorous speech tonight. And I’m sure it was going to be a huge victory. Unfortunately, that was not how the night played out. A deranged lunatic showed up with a gun. I was there. Security was terrible at the event. It was the easiest event I’ve ever gained access to that the president was at. It was so bad we talked about it at our table before the shots rang out. Remember, 90% of the people in the room were part of the fake news who have spread abject and despicable lies about President Trump. They have sowed so much division in our country. I am so grateful to God that President Trump is safe tonight. I’m so grateful that nobody in the room was killed. My kids, who knew I was in the room tonight, were frantically calling me and I could not reach them until much later to tell them I was OK. Mainstream media must take responsibility for the discord they have sewn across this great country

It's a great day to tell friends that Jay Feely was anti-Trump until he ran for office. Feely also brags about harboring Democrat views on spending, climate, & guns. @JosephChaplik is the only candidate with a conservative record. Plus he actually lives in CD1.
Rachel Alexander@Rach_IC

Did anyone else notice that TPUSA recently posted something about candidates to support here and Jay Feely was noticeably absent from their list? Goes to show that despite getting Trump's endorsement (I always say that there are only 2 minor things I disagree with Trump on, how he conducts his endorsements and pardons - too much big money DC people and their PACs influencing him), everyone knows @JosephChaplik is way ahead in the polls and is obviously going to win the CD1 congressional race as the proven conservative official with a long record demonstrating it. He's been amazing in our Arizona Legislature, one of the best there ever. Unlike Feely, who denounced Trump's pardons of the J6ers. 🤬🤬🤬🤬Never going to support someone who refuses to acknowledge the lawfare against conservatives.

I remember @Linda_Milhaven sucking up to Virginia Korte the whole time in office, like Scottsdale residents were going to elect Korte to be Mayor. What a joke! Residents woke up & rejected them both. An endorsement from Milhaven is like an endorsement from Kamala Harris. Why would you ever want it when voters already rejected her? Milhaven came in 3rd in 2018 for the 3 open seats barely getting reelected to Scottsdale City Council. Milhaven came in 3rd out of the 3 bad mayor candidates in 2024. I guess if you want a 3rd place endorsement, Milhaven is the place to look with the smell of desperation that both Milhaven & Zubia want to be relevant to city. Milhaven claimed to be a Republican, as I recall, but she acted like a Dem in office and we know Zubia’s voting record is a Hard Democrat so it looks like Milhaven’s mask is finally off. She’s not supporting the Republicans in the Scottsdale City Council race & the electorate is much more aware & informed than it was when Milhaven first got in office. We know!
🔸SV🔸@ScottsdaleVoter

Did Axon Democrat Raoul Zubia Just End His Campaign? By @ScottsdaleVoter Raoul Zubia ran for Scottsdale City Council in 2022 on a promise to approve more high density housing. After his defeat, he went on to lobby for hundreds of units that eliminate retail space, including projects like Greenbelt 88 and the 1,200 CrackerJax apartments Since announcing his 2026 campaign, people noticed a change in tone. Zubia worked harder to hide his coordination with partisan Democrat groups. He shifted away from open promises of more apartments. It looked like he learned from his past mistakes That changed today when Zubia bragged about securing the endorsement of Linda Milhaven Milhaven personifies everything Scottsdale residents reject. She drove the expansion of the high crime bar district, whose noise disrupts neighbors lives and whose activities damage our city's reputation. And not only did Milhaven vote for 25,000 apartments, but she celebrated those projects and welcomed donations from their developers and zoning attorneys One would think Zubia would know better after Milhaven's humiliating 2024 mayor run. She scraped together barely 20 percent of the vote, getting trounced by two of Scottsdale worst mayors in history: Borowsky and Ortega Residents remember Milhaven for different reasons. Some recall her push for DEI ideology. Others remember her agenda to force Light Rail into Scottsdale. Many recall her censure by local volunteer groups for breaking promises Yet her most infamous chapter comes from her agenda to bulldoze the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and force you to fund the Desert Discovery Center boondoggle. She famously attacked residents who opposed the DDC, calling "terrorists" for opposing what would have become a taxpayer albatross and a permanent jobs program for her friends Spectators asked if Zubia learned lessons from his failed 2022 run. They asked if he would avoid entangling his Axon Democrat slate with controversy. His embrace of Linda Milhaven appears to answer those questions This endorsement may have just ended Zubia's long shot 2026 campaign before it truly began. Scottsdale residents want leaders who protect our neighborhoods. They want leaders who respect the Preserve. They do not want more of the density-first agenda that Milhaven championed. Scottsdale voters have long memories. They remember who stood with Milhaven and who stood with residents
