These inmates are being released from prison after serving sentences that are in some cases a life time for folks. It's kind of sad to hear them speak of the harsh reality of the world they once had that is now over. The thought of losing everything should be enough deter anyone.

@SCOTiRants @StaminaFitnes Your body can actually burn calories less or more efficiently depending on hormones so it's not that simple. The chemicals they added to our already poisoned food can affect the bodies of individuals differently. I eat 4500 calories a day and stay at 140lbs
