@bryce_spalding Dunn was friedls replacement, Suarez was Hayes replacement, which means, funny enough arroyo would be Suarez replacement, even though Suarez is still on the team, and that’s if he doesn’t become McLain/hayes replacement, and Suarez doesn’t return to his primary role of dh.

I actually think Friedl might be the move for Arroyo once he's promoted. They need a backup INF, and you can utilize McLain in that role, and still giving him starts here and there, while Arroyo takes time at 2B, and 3B. Friedl brings nothing to the team currently. Not a PH option. Not a defensive replacement. Not a pinch runner. Benson has seemingly passed him in that backup OF/PH role. Moves make the most sense.

How valuable is an MLB hitter who only bunts (never fully swings) but consistently hits .350 doing it? Assume he has the elite speed necessary to pull this off (so he can steal bases) but that all hits are singles. Is he a good offensive player or an offensive liability?

Last time the #Reds won a non Burns or Abbott start was April 25th against the Tigers. They are 8-16 since April 25th. 8-2 in Abbott & Burns starts 0-14 in starts made by anyone else. That’s an INSANE stat. INSANE.
