But a G20 economy under libertarian restructuring is a once-in-a-generation asset class, and Peter is buying a physical option on that trajectory holding through the 2027 election. You buy a $12 million trophy in Palermo Chico when you plan to be in Buenos Aires while policy gets written. Last time his network moved into a geography before the thesis went mainstream, Miami became a tech capital node within three years. Buenos Aires just got added to the list.

Leaving Argentina today. I arrived in November. The plan was to leave in January, but I love it here. Such a cool country, fantastic culture, beautiful places. Can’t wait to come back next year and continue to explore (blows my mind how big this country is). Highlights were Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Patagonia. Oh, and the people. There is something in the Gospels most people read past without noticing. Christ did not teach everyone in the same way. To the crowds, he spoke in parables. Seeds. Vineyards. Lamps. Shepherds. Stories simple enough for anyone to grasp. But when he was alone with his disciples he explained. The Gospels say this explicitly: the deeper meaning was given privately. In other words, there was an outer teaching… and an inner understanding. Modern readers often find this uncomfortable. We prefer the idea that spiritual truth should be instantly accessible to everyone. But Rudolf Steiner points out something important: every form of knowledge has levels. You don’t hand a child advanced mathematics on day one. You don’t become a surgeon after reading a single book. Capacity develops. Why would the highest knowledge about the soul, the cosmos, and the nature of the divine be any different? Steiner connects this to something far older than Christianity: the ancient mystery traditions. In those schools, the deepest truths about human existence were not hidden out of elitism; they were protected because they required preparation. One had to grow into them. What Christ did was revolutionary. He did not abolish the deeper wisdom of the mysteries. Instead, he brought the mystery itself into world history. What had once happened behind temple walls now unfolded openly through a human life. But the structure remained. There was still a difference between hearing the teaching… and understanding what it really meant. This is why Christ tells his disciples something striking: “To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom.” Not because they were special. Because they had prepared themselves to receive it. And that carries an uncomfortable implication for us today. Spiritual truth is not something you simply download like information. It is something you become capable of perceiving. Which means the real question is not: “Why are the mysteries hidden?” The real question is: Have we developed the eyes to see them yet?

What rich families really educate their boys on: -never look expensive look unbothered. -don't explain yourself, power never over explains -keep assets boring and pleasures private. -learn which laws matter and which ones are for poor people only. -never fall in love before you understand leverage. -your surname opens doors. Don't embarrass it. -cash is for emergencies. Credit is for opportunities. -friends are categorized: useful, neutral, entertainment. -if something is loud, emotional, or viral, its already a bad deal. -always know who actually owns the room. It's rarely the loudest person. -don't argue with broke people about money. Don't argue with emotional people about logic. -learn taxes before you learn multiplication tables properly. -you don't work hard forever. You work hard early to stop later. -never let pleasure habits become visible patterns. -reputation is currency. One scandal costs more than ten failures. -silence is safer than honesty in most rooms. -if you can't control your sleep, hunger, lust, or temper, you can't control money. -marry someone who improves your bloodline, not your mood. -keep one legal problem away from disaster at all times. -always have an exit plan. For jobs, cities, county, relationships, even friendships.

I was not sure how my remarks at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where President Trump spoke this week, would be received by a mostly European audience. They sat quietly, but came up to the stage after I spoke to thank and hug me. I was surprised. I was invited by the President of Slovakia, who happened to be there, to come to his country to give that speech. I don’t know if I’ll be invited back to Davos, and that’s ok, but I decided not to hold back on an issue I feel is so important.
