BREAKING: a BC First Nation just put in writing, to the BC government, their threats: ✅ They will block the Island Highway ✅ They will block marine terminals ✅ They will block Seymour Narrows, the only cruise ship and shipping corridor through that section of coast ✅ They will block BC Hydro dams in the Campbell River watershed They will do it all, unless the K’omoks treaty is paused. In other words, infighting for a land claim. As a reminder, the 2022 Convoy didn’t block hydro dams, critical infrastructure or shipping corridors. Nor was a formal threat made to the government of civil disobedience. The Emergencies Act was invoked anyway. So which is it: Is the Emergencies Act a tool for actual blockades of critical infrastructure? Or is it a tool for political enemies?

It cannot be the case that the projects that get prioritized in Canada are those where a Premier threatens to leave the country. Next week, I’ll be meeting with the Prime Minister to bring him a list of projects we can work on for the benefit of all Canadians.

I wouldn’t even have replied to that. My thought is you don’t fave to explain yourself to anyone. Let your documentaries speak for themselves. The content you create is far superior to what jiimie has ever put out. This is what that comment just made me think of: The donkey told the tiger, "The grass is blue." The tiger replied, "No, the grass is green ." The discussion became heated, and the two decided to submit the issue to arbitration, so they approached the lion. As they approached the lion on his throne, the donkey started screaming: ′′Your Highness, isn't it true that the grass is blue?" The lion replied: "If you believe it is true, the grass is blue." The donkey rushed forward and continued: ′′The tiger disagrees with me, contradicts me and annoys me. Please punish him." The king then declared: ′′The tiger will be punished with 3 days of silence." The donkey jumped with joy and went on his way, content and repeating ′′The grass is blue, the grass is blue..." The tiger asked the lion, "Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?" The lion replied, ′′You've known and seen the grass is green." The tiger asked, ′′So why do you punish me?" The lion replied, "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is degrading for a brave, intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with an ass, and on top of that, you came and bothered me with that question just to validate something you already knew was true!" The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand. Others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t. When IGNORANCE SCREAMS, intelligence moves on.

Recently I was invited to debate Zahi Hawass on Piers Morgan. I declined the offer, I honestly don't know why we bother to give him airtime, especially after his abysmal performance on Joe Rogan. Seems pointless to me, I literally have better things to do.

We already have an electricity shortage so where do they plan on getting this electricity from? Good luck getting another dam built like site c. That was a 20+ year process and the backlash from everyone saying it wasn’t needed or infringed on lands was ridiculous. Windmills and solar panels won’t produce the electricity at a scale needed for that project. I know nuclear is an option but good luck getting native to allow one of those to take up “their” precious lands if they can’t even let a pipeline right of way go through. This government walked themselves into a situation where their policies have basically painted them in a corner.

Martyupnorth®- Unacceptable Fact Checker
Today's big bold announcement. "Canada’s new government is launching a new National Electricity Strategy. This plan will double the capacity of our grid by 2050 and supply clean, reliable, affordable power across the country for decades to come." No one ever bothers fact-checking these clowns. Electrification of Canada began in the 1880s, but took off in earnest in the 1930s. There was a huge push in the 1970s, especially in Quebec, BC and Manitoba. It took over 100 years, and more than a trillion in investment to get it to where it's at. Just maintaining the system is costing in the order of $20-25 billion a year, with all the aging infrastructure. There's no way we will double our capacity in 24 years.

Ok so where is said electricity going to come from? We are already in an electrical shortage and BC waited 20+ years for site c dam and that was hard enough to get started. Windmills and solar panels will not be able to keep up without millions of them. Nuclear is an option but good luck getting natives on board building that on “their” land when building site c took 20+ years and met with opposition the whole way. All this is a signal to your consultant friends they can expect patchecks till 2050 conducting studies for millions of dollars.
