Not true at all. Cases of SHARP were taken very seriously and investigated heavily. I came across a few people when I was in who either got accused of something or got caught up in something they shouldn’t have and were investigated and forced to stay put for the duration of the investigation and sometimes that investigation could go on for a couple years.

From what I’ve gathered, he has already been cleared defensively. By military and police investigations. He is already engaging in a defamation suit, which would “clear” his name in public opinion (so brands), and appears to be progressing despite dismissal attempts.
