If a company is *actively* selling, securing highest bid is board’s obligation.
If they’re not, *best* bid does not necessarily mean *highest* bid. Can take less money for strategic reasons.

If it was the best bid, which it wasn't, and then not accepted, guranteed that shareholder lawsuit going on now would have led to a huge L for WWE, A public company can't turn down the best bid becuse a decision maker doesn't like the high bidder, nor could the board of directors allow such a thing.

Seeing a lot of "what if" posts regarding Tony Khan's reported bid for WWE before the TKO merger. But there is zero chance that his bid would have been accepted by Vince McMahon. Zero. If it was possible for the probability to be less than zero, it would have been that.

TNA could be a more polished version of what GCW strives to be IMO: showcase amazing young talent, offer a buffet of different matches, and be on the pulse of what wrestling fans look for in 2026.
I'm not sure this current infrastructure will find that. We'll see! Still time.

As someone who *deeply* covered the TNA media rights situation, I was very much in the trenches of getting the temperature for expectations ahead of the AMC premiere.

@sekeresandprice EP still has some value. There are teams interested in him. M. Petey is defiantly movable. Demko was and still is a good gamble another gm would jump at him. But it is hard to say the same about Brock. Unless he pulls his head out of his ass soon that contract will age terribly.
