@shubalou Yo dawg, just cuz it’s hot doesn’t mean you can’t workout. Just prehydrate and make sure you eat/hydrate after. If you’re going into a run well prepare you can handle it. The sweat makes you cool off faster.

The weather has been way too hot lately to workout properly but after 2 days with no workout I had to go for it. For some reason it seems that I run faster when the weather is so hot. I have no clue how this is possible, but I love it!! #weightloss #workout #motivated
