@Shelter I am a category B on the housing list, I am over 55 disabled with open wounds and homeless and could be 2 years before I get anywhere suitable for me need, why are they housing others before the old and disabled as they got a house but if your homeless you are lower

@Shelter I have tried to speak to someone via your website however my query doesn't seem important enough for the webchat or a phone call. I have an AST ending in June and am looking to move. After 1 may I am aware I need to give 2 months notice. Should I be giving that now?

Just flagging that @foxtons Wimbledon and our landlord are refusing to agree to a mutual tenancy surrender, yet have left us without working fire alarms for 92 days and a radiator for 100. That's 2 of 40 issues in 6 months. Help @CitizensAdvice @Shelter @PaulKohlerSW19

@RiversideUK I contacted yourselves as someone stole the outside drain pipe (made of lead)&subsequently flooded my downstairs living space- it was meant to be a 24 emergency repair- that was two days ago- now I’ve been told we need to wait a month! I have a disability and a child

@Shelter Why does your website say you can file a money claim for a deposit (england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice…) but the gov.uk website says you can’t use that service for such a claim (moneyclaims.service.gov.uk/eligibility/no…)? Which one of you is wrong?

@Shelter @PeabodyLDN is driving me insane... set up water, electricity + gas bills up at new flat without consulting me & now I worry about these bills. In present flat, I pay according to what I've got & had plan/ budget with my providers. Why take my choice & power away?
