We really need it repaired as soon as possible as our kitchen and bathroom are unusable doe to the water now flooding outside and saturating my child’s bedroom wall- please can these repairs be completed asap! @Shelter @HousingOmbuds @LabourPandL @OneHousing

@RiversideUK I contacted yourselves as someone stole the outside drain pipe (made of lead)&subsequently flooded my downstairs living space- it was meant to be a 24 emergency repair- that was two days ago- now I’ve been told we need to wait a month! I have a disability and a child

@TGIFridays went to your restaurant in Stratford yesterday as a well deserved treat for my daughter and you’ve changed the menu and removed the adult chicken fingers meal- literally the only dish she will eat- gutted she was so we left 😢 can you bring them back please!

My husband takes great pride polishing his shoes every night. But he is terrible at it. His vision is failing and his hands shake. The result is awful. Every night, at some point, I get out of bed "to go to the bathroom". I take his shoes with me. I polish them until they shine.

@Tesco love having my shopping delivered by you but tonight was appalling! The driver was half an hour late with no phone call and then drove past my house- with me standing at the door and did not deliver our shopping THEN when I’ve called customer service the driver has stated

The man I spoke to when I called to complain was very helpful and attempted to contact the driver and the store but neither answered the phone to him so no one knows where our shopping is or why the driver did not turn down my road and drove past it instead!! @Tesco

That delivery was attempted! No it definitely was not! Now we don’t have the items we need for tomorrow- I’m unable to carry heavy items at the moment or make it to the supermarket! It’s the lie from the driver that is the most annoying thing of all! However..

@TowerHamletsNow I have appealed a parking ticket as the yellow warning signs were not in place when I parked my car-the response states you have proof my car was not there when the sign was placed however I now cannot reply until I get a formal notice which is not on..

I sent all of my proof and I would really appreciate seeing your proof now- as I can only send you a response once the ticket goes up to full price and you serve me a notice which should not be the case - I should have reasonable time to respond to you whilst the fine is £60.
