Once again, I urge police/ security agencies to keep law and order in a non-violent and non-partisan manner during this campaign period. It's unrealistic to ban processions of supporters. Political rallies are not prayer meetings to which worshippers go calmly. Political rallies are about excitement. And with Uganda's public transport (bodaboda) it's unrealistic to expect supporters to move to campaign venues quietly. Ensure supporters don't harm others, but let them be. Bullets; tear gas; dogs! Kyagulanyi joined politics in 2017 if am not mistaken and before that, IPOD was in existence, many opposition leaders had tried engaging him, what good fruits did such engagements deliver to the people of Uganda apart from those leaders being rewarded with tax payers money! You want Kyagulanyi to become another wheelbarrow like mao!

I agree on that and yet again I ask, to what end shall we go with the phrase 'things can't happen'? Who then will prepare a better country for our children if we don't try to make things happen? Nice observations and suggestions, but the truth of the matter is, they cant and if they do, it won't be implemented effectively and for the reasons you have stated. Because they know what they are doing is clearly criminal. They ran over bobi wine's supporter according the accounts of the onlookers, and in that area, there was a camera, but they said it wasnt working.
