@invincibleDelo @DarwinfordMV @Kasuku256 But national council of higher education equated it to the A level. Admission letter is diffetent from aptitude test. That qualifies you for an admission to university, same as A level. EC and court are merely playing politics.

@lumala_nicholas @BakerbatteLule Munnange Lumala, this may not make sense but the law is clear. A mature age entry certificate is not an equivalent of the UACE, if the law is changed it can be allowed, but not as it is now.

When rival Premier League fans call Arsenal ‘Set-Piece FC,’ Arsenal supporters act like it’s hate. As a Chelsea fan, I’ve watched and genuinely enjoyed peak Man City and Liverpool in recent years. I even enjoyed PSG last season. But this Arsenal side? Their football is pure sleeping pills. When their fans celebrate corners like actual goals, you know something’s missing. If Arsenal really trust their quality, they should come to the Bridge and play open football, then we’ll see how good that defence truly is. Soon, Europe and the Premier League will figure out the antidote to this anti-football.

Once again, I urge police/ security agencies to keep law and order in a non-violent and non-partisan manner during this campaign period. It's unrealistic to ban processions of supporters. Political rallies are not prayer meetings to which worshippers go calmly. Political rallies are about excitement. And with Uganda's public transport (bodaboda) it's unrealistic to expect supporters to move to campaign venues quietly. Ensure supporters don't harm others, but let them be. Bullets; tear gas; dogs! These make the Pearl of Africa bleed! CPM

As a football purist, I honestly don’t enjoy the way Arsenal play football, especially against big teams. Yes, it gets them results, but as someone who sees football through a Cruyff lens, their football simply is not attractive to me. It’s effective, but it feels dirty

Is this you trying to justify uncalled-for brute force on peaceful and unarmed citizens whose crime was showing support to their candidate? You have lost credibility! I don't know what convinces you to think you can come out with a mere statement, expecting Ugandans to believe you, with such a bad reputation. And worse off, with no ounce of evidence, yet we always see you with cameras on Kyagulanyi's rallies.

Kyagulanyi joined politics in 2017 if am not mistaken and before that, IPOD was in existence, many opposition leaders had tried engaging him, what good fruits did such engagements deliver to the people of Uganda apart from those leaders being rewarded with tax payers money! You want Kyagulanyi to become another wheelbarrow like mao!

I agree on that and yet again I ask, to what end shall we go with the phrase 'things can't happen'? Who then will prepare a better country for our children if we don't try to make things happen? I don't always believe in deliberate defiance. That will not help for it will even shutter the little glimpse of what we have built in the last 40 years. What I hate about the current opposition is one, the politics of "arrivalism syndrome" in which our leading opposition party doesn't even respect the other minority opposition. I ask, how then shall we over come? They can't dialogue, they have no plan B and they have also disintegrated the opposition to its last atom. It is just a mess but they go on to widwook the masses.

Zoran Mamdani met President Trump despite standing against anything Trump stands for. I call that political maturity. But in my country, one opposition leader convinces the masses that such a thing is the most EVIL and he can't meet Museveni.🤣 I have also seen some of the his party aspirants shun from political debates of recent.🤣

But he was denied FDC party ticket when running for MP position. Secondly the same FDC now is in bed with NRM, that's why Byesigye's fuction left. Thirdly, there is no party or person that is bring attacked more than Kyagulanyi. Most of these formations are not fighting M7, their guns are pointing at NUP for every opportunity they get. You expect them to look the other side while yo people keep attacking !

DEAR NUP SUPPORTERS🙏 Kindly stop abusing us🙏 Not everyone is supposed to subscribe to your party ✍️ About 10 years ago @FDCOfficial1 was the biggest opposition party led by my president @kizzabesigye1 . Kyagulanyi would have joined him and they fight a dictator together ,there was no need of forming another party @NUP_Ug . But the fact that Kyagulanyi and his team didn’t find it meaningful to join FDC ,the already strongest opposition party at the time means that he had his own intentions. So us who are in other opposition parties,it’s not our fault,so kindly stop abusing us because we don’t subscribe to NUP🙏🙏

Nice observations and suggestions, but the truth of the matter is, they cant and if they do, it won't be implemented effectively and for the reasons you have stated. Because they know what they are doing is clearly criminal. They ran over bobi wine's supporter according the accounts of the onlookers, and in that area, there was a camera, but they said it wasnt working. Case closed When it incriminates them, technology fails to work.

Thank you for the detailed update, @UgandaPoliceForce. However, like we see in many developed countries, it would greatly enhance transparency and public trust if police vehicles were equipped with dashboard and body-mounted cameras. Such tools help capture incidents in real time, ensuring that investigations rely on verifiable evidence rather than assumptions; something that would prevent innocent citizens from being arrested under the pretext of maintaining law and order. More importantly, this would also dispel recurring fears that police actions during political activities are targeted toward specific groups such as NUP, as is being perceived in the present case. Clear, unbiased footage protects both the public and the officers involved. Introducing these systems would be a strong step toward professionalism, accountability, and fair policing for all.

. @AnguciaJosephi1 "On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, Arua District and City hosted NUP presidential candidate Hon. Robert Sentamu Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine, as part of his campaign tour. He began his campaign at Okazara Primary School grounds in Vurra Sub-County, Arua District; however, he was unable to address the rally there. He then proceeded to Ovisoni Trading Centre, also in Vurra Sub-County, where he waved at people by the roadside. From Ovisoni Trading Centre, Mr. Kyagulanyi and his team moved towards Giligili area in Ayivu West Division, Arua City, before proceeding to Ediofe Mission. They then turned right toward Onduparaka Trading Centre in Ayivu West, where he again waved at the people. At Onduparaka Trading Centre, he attempted to access the City Centre via a direct route that was not agreed upon in the prior meeting. However, he was blocked and unable to proceed. He then made a U-turn, apparently intending to follow the agreed-upon route through Ediofe to Barifa. Instead, he boarded a boda boda, covered his face with a motorcycle helmet, and traveled on a numberless motorcycle through the City Centre to the NUP offices in Oli Central Division. There, he climbed onto the rooftop of an unfinished building housing his office to address his supporters. Despite the originally agreed route, Mr. Kyagulanyi continued with a large and rowdy crowd following him via Rhino Camp Road to the venue at Inzikuru Stadium, Barifa. Some of his supporters threw stones at police, damaging the following vehicles: UP 03271 at 16:59 hours (Registered under Arua CPS Station Diary Reference 65/19/11/2025) UP M/V 03346 at 17:34 hours (Registered under Arua CPS Station Diary Reference 70/19/11/2025) UP M/V 00173 at 17:35 hours (Registered under Arua CPS Station Diary Reference 71/19/11/2025) UP M/V 7697 (Registered under Arua CPS Station Diary Reference 78/19/11/2025) Police have opened separate cases of malicious damage, each with different reference numbers at Arua CPS. CCTV footage is being analyzed to identify those involved in the damage to police vehicles. As of now, 32 suspects have been arrested following CCTV analysis, and they are currently detained at Arua CPS pending further investigation. The damaged vehicles will be inspected by the Inspector of Motor Vehicles, and efforts to locate other suspects are ongoing. All necessary documentation has been completed by the scene of crime officer. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the campaign concluded successfully. We continue to urge political actors and their supporters to adhere to campaign guidelines, avoid acts of hooliganism, and refrain from behavior that could lead to accidents, injuries, loss of life, or disruption of other lawful activities.
