SIDS will be heard at the Finance for Development Conference in Spain, June 30 - July 5. Our proposed Global Debt Sustainability Support Service (DSSS), the focus of a workshop this week, is a SIDS driven solution that must be discussed at #FFD4. We are getting ready!

The World has failed & is failing to deliver climate & financial justice to #SIDS4. The reality is that we have the tools, tech & finance to make things right, but it'll require huge amount of political will from those that have the responsibility & capacity to make a difference.

The SIDS Global Children and Youth Action Summit is a global movement! Young people from the Caribbean, Pacific, and the Atlantic, Indian Ocean and South China Sea (AIS) are building consensus on critical issues as we move closer to @SIDS4AB and @Sidsyouthaction.

#SIDSSpotlight #Mauritius Out of the 322 km of coastline of Mauritius, 17% has been eroded. The country is committed to rehabilitation, and #mangrove restoration is a key solution. In June 1995, the mangrove propagation programme began, with at least 3-fold propagation to date!
