@PlsntVlyFarmer Last year this time I contracted '21 corn for $3.81 and it ended up ~$2 higher . Just contracted new crop for $5.08 a week ago. Will there be ~$7 new crop in a few months? My luck....probably.

There’s a tidal wave of H2O in Pocahontas County. 1” yesterday and 3.1” in the last 4 hours. We needed moisture and are getting it all back in one shot. Only 1.2” in last 24 hrs at my place in Wright Co. #rain #itcanstopnow #plant23

Every spring that passes the more I’m convinced that large, bulk fill high-speed planters just exponentially increase the damage of planting mistakes and make them happen 4 times faster.
