Stores are in fact still open. But there is no paper to print the vouchers.

Nothing visa text or email. No agent at the gate. 45 minutes before the delayed flight is to take off, we are told it's another 100 more minutes because the inbound flight is late. So this was known, not announced. Vouchers offered minutes after stores have closed. Pitiful.

Shameful customer service from @porterairlines has led to my first post on X. Flight delays started coming in this morning. Delays extended periodically through the day until we arrive at the airport where the boards indicate an additional 2 hour delay. No notification. 1/2
