@coffeeandtejal I had the same feelings. Finally took the leap in February of this year to treat my focus/anxiety/depression and I’m so thankful I did. I finally feel like me again. Not a dog but hopefully this makes you smile 💚

Two weeks ago I was prescribed medication for my depression. I’ll tell you that needing medication has always seemed like a failure but I’m learning to give myself some grace that’s I’m not failing. If you have cat or dog pics, I’d love to see them.
