A proper introduction at last! I'm Zack. I also go by S.K. Boreas online. After years of always finding an excuse not to pursue my dream of writing, This January I finally resolved myself to write a story that I'd been world building for the last three years. #WritingCommunity

Over a year of pouring my heart and soul into being an author. Am I famous? Not even close. Do I have fans? Only the best ones ever! Has it cost me? More than anyone will ever know. I've now donated well over 100 copies of my books, believing some day my YA fantasy readers would find me. Keep fighting for your dreams, even if it costs countless hours and time. Maybe some day we can meet at the end of this rainbow. #yafantasy

@ShitpostRock2 There needs to be a word like "spitefiction," meaning the opposite of fanfiction. For a sequel or reboot story written solely to vandalize the original work.

Wanted to do my daily #wordcount update before I forgot. I hit a fun stride today and knocked out a full 2300 word chapter and I'm already 1500 words into the 10th chapter. We are now sitting at 27,266/50,000 #amwriting #WritingCommunity

My primary project is ambitious. It touches on some of my favorite genres in media. With inspiration drawn from nearly everything I've consumed in my life. I'm on my second iteration of the project, having scraped the first draft almost entirely. I did recycle the essentials.

Is it true that reading before bed improves your sleep?

@rynn_mansman I too did a hard project pivot this month. And now I'm chomping at the bit to pivot back, but I want to hold myself to this self imposed challenge. So alas I'll allow my subconscious to continue cooking on part two of my primary project. 😆
