Sharnford was hit particularly hard during the floods over the last week. @CllrMikeShirley and I visited businesses and residents in the area to see the impact and to help make sure the Council is doing everything it can to help. Thank you to our MP @AlbertoCostaMP for his support and to the great work of Jack, Chair of Sharnford Parish for his continued work in the area, especially as the flood warden. @BlabyDC has been helping residents with internal flooding and officers were out earlier this morning, knocking on doors to see what more we can do to help.
