@UPS My 16 yr old needs a life saving rx. It left Kentucky but we have zero tracking visibility & no delivery info before the holiday weekend. Without it she risks hospitalization and possible surgery. I will fly anywhere to get it myself. Please help us. @cnnbrk @AP

@AlaskaAir a colleague is flying STL>SEA. AS gate agent gave a child's boarding pass to a grown adult male who took the child's seat. Only when the FA realized this the gentleman removed from the seat. This is not only a bad customer service experience, it's a safety issue!
