Good Sunday lift with @BrodyAllen29. I was able to rep 225 lbs 7 times at the end of my sets. No rest days in my training. Wrestling season is officially over as we finished as a State Semifinalist. Grateful for everything it taught me — discipline, toughness, and growth. Now it’s time to shift the focus to football. Had a few people question my 18” guns at age 15…so I I squeezed the tape measure and made them just under 18” to make those people feel better. 😂 My plan is to deadlift over 500 lbs and bench over 300 lbs before the end of my freshman year.
