#NewProfilePic Alright, the Georgi Dinkov arc was funny and all, I have a lot of respect for Georgi (one of my biggest inspirations in health) and this account is starting to grow, so it’s time to get more serious.

@tkenerson_ @AbudBakri Maybe don’t blindly trust Johnny or most doctors. My local family practitioners only push vaccines, SSRIs, antibiotics, and Adderall. I mentioned BPC-157 and almost none of them have heard of it.

“What do you want to be when you grow up Johnny?” “I want to sell peptides on TikTok after reading about them once!” Practicing medicine without a license but making more $$ per month than a doctor makes in a year with 0 liability Why would Johnny do anything else?

@ElevateBiohack This guy makes some interesting formulas. In one video, he experiments with vaping SLU-PP-332. I've only watched his videos and have never tried his products, but they're interesting nonetheless. @ultimateformulations?si=zo6TraHf0Ncc7pZJ" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@ultimateformu

Why haven’t we figured out good nootropic vape pens yet? We’ve got vitamin vapes, melatonin pens, random “focus blends,” and I’ve even seen a Noopept one floating around… but nothing that’s actually consistent, properly dosed, and reliably effective. You’d think this would be a no-brainer—fast onset delivery, easy to use, perfect for things like calm focus, mood, or even sleep support. But instead it’s all underdosed, gimmicky, or just questionable quality. Is it stability issues with compounds when heated? Poor bioavailability through inhalation? Dosing inconsistency per puff? Or just companies chasing trends instead of actually formulating something legit? Because if done right, this could easily be one of the best delivery methods out there. Feels like the tech is there… but nobody’s really executed it properly yet. @BasedBiohacker ? Anything?

Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) is one of those compounds that flies completely under the radar in most research conversations, which is surprising considering how many biological systems it touches. VIP is a naturally occurring neuropeptide made up of 28 amino acids, and it’s widely distributed throughout the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract. Because of that broad distribution, researchers study VIP as a signaling molecule involved in neuroendocrine regulation, vascular function, immune signaling, and autonomic nervous system activity. It belongs to the secretin/glucagon peptide family, which includes several peptides involved in metabolic signaling and cellular communication. Unlike many peptides that influence just one pathway, VIP appears in research across multiple systems because of its role in coordinating neural and hormonal signaling networks. One of the areas where VIP gets the most attention in research is vasodilation and smooth muscle relaxation. In experimental models, VIP interacts with receptors that regulate vascular tone, which means it can influence how blood vessels expand and how smooth muscle tissue behaves. That’s why it shows up in studies examining circulatory regulation and autonomic nervous system signaling. Researchers also investigate VIP in models involving neuronal communication. In the brain and peripheral nervous system, VIP functions as a neuropeptide transmitter, helping neurons coordinate signaling within complex neural circuits. Because of this, it’s often used in research exploring how the nervous system integrates signals between the brain, organs, and endocrine tissues. Another major area of interest is immune system communication. VIP appears in studies examining how neuropeptides influence immune signaling pathways and inflammatory responses. The nervous system and immune system are closely connected, and compounds like VIP are useful tools for understanding how neural signals can regulate immune behavior. VIP is also studied in gastrointestinal research because of its presence in the enteric nervous system, sometimes called the “second brain” of the body. In these models, scientists examine how VIP influences intestinal motility, secretion, and gut–brain communication pathways. Because it participates in so many signaling systems, VIP continues to appear in research involving: • Neuroendocrine regulation • Smooth muscle relaxation • Vascular signaling and vasodilation • Autonomic nervous system function • Immune signaling pathways • Gut–brain axis research • Neuropeptide communication networks In simple terms, VIP is studied as a multi-system signaling peptide that helps researchers understand how different physiological systems communicate with each other. Despite that broad relevance, it’s still one of the more underrated peptides in the research world, largely because it doesn’t fit neatly into the categories people usually talk about like fat loss, muscle growth, or stimulant-style nootropics. Instead, it sits at the intersection of neuroscience, immunology, and vascular biology. For those exploring this peptide in laboratory settings, VIP is available from Kimera Chems as a Research Use Only (RUO) compound. kimerachems.co Use code ELEVATE for 10% off Save even more with crypto. Updated the article and added a new experimental compound (O304 / ATX-304) I wasn’t aware of before. After reading the studies @PGC1a_RB shared with me, it’s fascinating, it sits somewhere between mitochondrial uncouplers and exercise-mimetic AMPK activators. The article will keep evolving as new research emerges. The goal is : the ultimate fat-loss pharmacology encyclopedia.

@y2k192 @DrewThomas1985 @Breedlove22 Right, and you're the retardio who can't clearly communicate the distinction between the two, which typically means every other week. Again, don’t give advice. You’re not smart enough and will confuse people with your poor communication skills. 🫵🤡🤣

@y2k192 @DrewThomas1985 @Breedlove22 Let me help you. One can only assume the way the term is most commonly used, given your inability to distinguish the meanings of “biweekly.” Again, don’t give out dosing protocols when you can’t clearly communicate, especially with anabolic steroids.

@y2k192 @DrewThomas1985 @Breedlove22 Yes, like the idiot you are, you gave dosing advice for an anabolic and didn't clearly distinguish which of the two, which by most standard definitions means every other week. “Can” mean twice a week, but most people with common sense (unlike you) assume every other.

@SLUPP332 @DrewThomas1985 @Breedlove22 Again, I said bi-weekly and that meets the definition of what I said for dosing. You can fact check that. Go fact check and come back and tell me I’m wrong. Or I can fact check it for you, post it, and let everyone see you’re an illiterate fuck..

@DrewThomas1985 @Breedlove22 Get your testosterone checked. Bi-weekly shots of test cyp can work wonders bringing your T levels up to optimal levels.. I run 160mg a week and brought my T levels up from 270 to 700 and feel great.
