@pestctrlguy most markets in the US are buyers' markets atm - if you have an economic argument against being out-negotiated, you should continue to push. Absent that, not sure it's worth it

We are under contract on a house.
The inspection showed:
- a 52 year old furnace
- a water heater that needs the expansion tank recharged
- the house has no gutters
- the sewer lines has roots growing through it
We submitted these objections to the buyer a week ago expecting them to fix 1-2 items or offer concessions.
We have until today to come to an agreement or the contract is void. They stalled all week and this morning offered $500 off the price of the home.

we are witnessing the greatest commoditization of the MVP creation process of all time. Ironically, never before has a strong software engineering toolkit been more valuable. Demand for experts who can take a product from MVP to full-scale product will grow exponentially over the next couple of years...product architecture and systems design will be in greater demand than ever.
I cannot wait for what the future holds
