Mark Carney goes to India and the outcome is that Canadian tax payers get to fund 200 Indians on full ride scholarships to our universities and to be flooded by more non English speaking foreigners. The USA get a refinery funded by India. Please though, do go on about how Carney is such a great negotiator!
