@AmazonHelp You don't have a direct way of reaching you. As I said, Amazon's customer support doesn't compare to MS Office 365 support, and one has to wonder why? You have my account information, call me, email me! You haven't done either, go figure!

I cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription today for one reason only, Amazon's lack of adequate support. They seem to think it is okay to require their subscribers to search their website looking for information that may or may not exist! I think that is an injustice!

For those that read the previous two tweets, you only have one life to live, the valuable time you spend trying to get help with an online service that you pay for such as Amazon Prime, represents time being sucked away from your life, i.e. the time you have to live!

The best support I've experienced for an online subscription service is from the Microsoft Office 365 team, they'll generally call you back within 10 minutes, they are professional, competent and efficient. Not Amazon, try finding a support number to call, please let me know.
