I believe that supervising interns is a win-win situation for both the intern and their supervisor. It's an opportunity to help someone grow and develop, while also growing and developing as a professional. So, if given a chance, I would highly encourage you to take on an intern and experience the benefits firsthand. In the last few weeks, my office had the opportunity to welcome and worked with AB Political Science students of the Ateneo de Davao University as office interns. As we know, interns bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and energy to the workplace. By offering them a chance to work alongside experienced professionals, they can gain hands-on experience, learn the ropes of the industry, and develop skills that will serve them well in their careers. It's fulfilling to see them grow and succeed under our guidance, and it can also be a chance to reflect on our own experiences and share the wisdom that we have gained over the years. @Joeltaborasj @ADDU_Official @AlQalamInst

Terribly sad to see 419 indigenous families displaced in Sitio Asinan, #zamboanga due to fires. As part of @IOM_Philippines shelter response, we are transferring 450 shelter grade tarps to the community and LGU to assist in rebuilding. 🙏@USAIDSavesLives
