I need support from @mtnug . It has now been 5 days, and I keep receiving the same response from different agents. I hope these are not AI-generated responses because the issue is still unresolved. Does anyone get anything resolved by this telecom?

@ponton_alex There is no intention, message, or value alignment in doing so. We also deliberately provide direct access to Patient Support and Patient Experience Managers, with their contacts visible at all touch points, because conversations often bring clarity faster than assumptions.

@ponton_alex I can understand why that would feel jarring, especially in a hospital setting where emotions are already high. Context matters. That said, C-Care IHK would not — and does not — advertise funeral services within its facilities.

I deleted my previous post because after coming back today, I realise it might have been an ad from the TV broadcast at the recption not an hospital one which caused the confusion. After spending hours with my sick mother-in-law, that was the last thing I needed to see. As I have been a loyal patient of IHK and have been generally happy with the service,I thought it was worth clarifying.
