Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and COP29 Chief Negotiator Yalchin Rafiyev participated at the "Bridging COP29 and COP30: Diplomacy, Action, and the Climate Road Ahead Conference" in Istanbul, Türkiye. He shared insights on historic COP29 outcomes and how they will drive global climate action, ensuring that no one is left behind. He also wished Türkiye success in its COP31 bid. Deputy Minister Y.Rafiyev held bilateral meetings with Deputy Minister F.Varank, D8 SG Amb. Isiaka A.Imam and BSEC SG Amb. Lazar Comanescu and discussed key issues in bilateral agenda, including potential areas of cooperation in the field of climate action. #COP29
