@sonicdrivein back in the day when u order large cherry limeade and u get 1 or 2 two cherries & 3-4 wedges of lime! I ordered #one with a large cherry limeade today got no cherries & was told that I’m only allowed to have 1 lime wedge! SERIOUSLY WTH @sonicdrivein do better🤬🤬🤬

@sonicdrivein I placed an order on the desktop and when I pick it up you were out of stock on somthing I ordered. I was never offered a refund or replacement and you app and chat are not working. I will escalate to BBB if you don’t respond soon

Hey @sonicdrivein really smooth not including a way to request a refund or complain in app or on your website. Ordered two drinks and waited over 20 minutes after check in, had to leave, now y’all have my money and I have no drinks.
