Hey @sonicdrivein really smooth not including a way to request a refund or complain in app or on your website. Ordered two drinks and waited over 20 minutes after check in, had to leave, now y’all have my money and I have no drinks.

Biggest complaint about the @sonicdrivein app is being unable to easily make a complaint or give feedback on an order. Jumping through hoops to say you have a problem means no reports of dumpster fires. Why waste time reporting problems? It’s easier to take my business elsewhere.

@Hersheys change the recipe for Reese’s back. You’ve ruined the taste of the Christmas tree and pumpkin Reese’s, my wife and I immediately wondered if we bought the wrong product this past year. Tastes like shit. We won’t be buying Reese’s anymore.

Dear @Apple you need to make it easier to update a new or new to me iPhone WITHOUT registering the phone to my account. It locks up the direct phone to phone transfer process if the new one is behind on updates and makes it a royal PITA.

@Apple 18.1 comes out and I still can’t change the color of text in markup, just glitches out. Layout of menu for the color change is also more time consuming than it used to be. Just change it back.

@Apple I can’t even change the color of text with markup in the photo app because when I click the button it pops up for a fraction of a second and crashes! Poor layout, poor privacy, features that are broken, confusing markup editing tool locations…

@Apple I made a huge mistake, I installed this virus called iOS 18 on my phone and now my photos app is so horrible and unusable I want to buy a new phone. Problem is, you made it.

@AmazonHelp Bought on the 10th, got it on the 15th, been disputing since the 17th because you won’t let me return it unless I get in contact with seller, the seller is 100% unresponsive. Because of that I filed an A-Z claim and was denied twice. I don’t care about time, you’re taking it back

@Jonkeaus Should the item be within the return period returning it for refund would be correct. Past the return period only warranties cover the product. -Ruby

@JeffBezos I will never trust @amazon’s “A-Z” buyer protection again. Bought electric Toro lawn mower from non prime seller, came with defective battery, seller wouldn’t communicate, now Amazon is refusing to help and left me holding the bag on a nearly $500 mower/paper weight

@AmazonHelp I’ve literally been fighting with you guys and the seller since 17th of August, this was not my first resort, it’s literally my last resort before having UPS send it back to the seller and filing a dispute with my bank.

@AmazonHelp I already appealed it, I got denied again. The fact is I was basically told flat out that A-to-Z coverage does not cover defective product by your team. I only got one message from the seller and they have not responded since.
