Hey @sonicdrivein really smooth not including a way to request a refund or complain in app or on your website. Ordered two drinks and waited over 20 minutes after check in, had to leave, now y’all have my money and I have no drinks.

My 15yr old order from @depop over a month ago. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Filed a claim with them and they approved it. Went back to Depop about the refund and they insist that we have it. We don't.
