Hey Scott, thanks for getting our attention. Alexa uses a Sonos skill in the Alexa app to use voice control on the speakers. Check the Sonos skill is enabled in the Alexa app. Here's how: support.sonos.com/article/set-up… If enabling (or toggling) the skill doesn't work, send us a DM with the email address associated to your Sonos system and we'll take a look.

@Sonos I have an Arc, sub and roam 2. Alexa installed. No music services work through Alexa. Reset devices, updated, reset WiFi. Removed all services and added back in. Nothing works. What’s going on? Happens from time to time and reset sorts it. Help!!!!

@Sonos, I love my setup, with speakers in every room. I have one wish: default volume levels when I choose a speaker group, e.g., 1st floor, 2nd floor or everywhere. It just takes time to rebalance them all to have even volumes everywhere.

I wouldn’t recommend @Sonos homespeakers, their product refuse to work and their app is janky as fuck. Asks you to login to do any action and it doesn’t register the login. So I can’t play music or configure anything.

Dear @Sonos - why if I play ONE song, the system… stops? You’ve built an incredible multi-room experience, but this is such a miss: If a user plays a song → just auto-continue with a radio / similar tracks by default (or let us toggle it on). Just like our services do!! Plzz

@Sonos @DaleMoss Try setting it on a LG OLED tv absolutely doesn’t connect or work - worst investment in sound I have purchased from Sonos and I was an early adopter at the beginning…..arc / move and sub; now just looks good on the wall with no sound beside the the LG tv ones

Hey Joseph, we saw your post and can help. When selecting a track doesn't make the change right away it means there is something stopping the connection between the app and speaker. Bluetooth has such a short range that it doesn't have to worry about losing the connection because it becomes so immediately apparent. We'd be happy to take a look at what's causing the connection issue and fix it with you. @Sonos what the hell is this? I clicked four times on a track 2, it instead kept playing track 7, and when I tried to stop the music it said "couldn't pause". Why does this keep being so difficult? We keep using our Bluetooth speakers because they just work.

@dnick3005 We appreciate the feedback here, and will certainly pass it along! Instead of tapping the mute button, though, try tapping the volume slider itself. That should allow you to access the EQ Settings without needing to interrupt the music!

Enjoying my new @Sonos soundbar, but accessing the EQ shortcut is… dumb? I have to tap the little speaker, which mutes w/e I’m listening to, then unmute it every time I want to adjust something. Surely your app dev can do better… the whole app layout itself is kind of messy tbh

@Sonos last few firmware versions totally broke my system. I haven’t been able to enjoy music without first unplugging all speakers then plugging them back in since I had the stupid idea to update my system just before easter. Can you please test your firmware before releasing it
