Do any of my followers know someone learning Apex from scratch? I built a series of interactive coding lessons on CampApex.org. I'm looking for a few folks to try it out before adding more courses.

@kentcdodds In late to the party but CampApex.org It pairs Apex coding lessons with in-site challenges. It’s totally free, I built it for folks wanting to break into Salesforce and learn programming.

For work, my sister is going to be writing Apex (Salesforce's coding language) which is based on Java. She's pretty new to coding and is looking for good resources to learn coding and Java specifically so she can be effective at work. What recommendations do you have for her?

Giving myself some kudos this morning! I noticed the Courses page on CampApex.org was taking ~4.5 seconds on average to load. :O That’s insane! I refactored the logic a bit and got the load time down to ~0.8 seconds!

@tagicledger All good, I was able to get the cost down. Turns out 15 minutes of indexing could save you 95% or more on MongoDB

I've started working on the #Salesforce System Architect side of the pyramid. I'll be honest, a few years ago I wouldn't have had the confidence to say that out loud. I'm here to tell you, you can do it! Short study break and then on to Integration Architect.
