@megspencer99@TUIUK Blimey that is disgraceful! I think TUI had communication with our hotel so we were then able to get a room. Hope you are sorted now and not still in the reception area.
@SPGS70@TUIUK Wow okay thank you, the only communication we’ve had from TUI was that our coach transfer was delayed because our flight was delayed and haven’t been provided with a room so having to camp out in the hotel lobby for now 😭 very disappointed @TUIUK
@TUIUK our two reps quickly leaving the hotel tonight when we inform them our flight, TOM2681, has been cancelled as they didn’t have a clue!! Instead of staying to help the guests, they just leave the building for the hotel staff to deal with everyone. Shocking customer service.
@megspencer99@TUIUK Hi, we saw the flight disappear from the TUI flight details page and then saw on twitter that the outbound flight from Manchester to Kos we would have got back had been cancelled. Our reps knew nothing but have to stay in our hotel for another night and awaiting further updates
@SPGS70@TUIUK Hi, how have you found out that it’s been cancelled? We’re on the same flight and have only been told that our hotel transfer is being rearranged
@claydog90@TUIUK@mikebungo I have just been into a TUI holiday store and have been told that flight TOM 2680 is still going ahead. 6 flights have already been cancelled for Saturday 4th June and this is not one of them!
@TUIUK What you did to passengers at Manchester Airport yesterday was unforgivable. We had family going to their wedding in Kos and you cancelled the flight whilst at the gate. It took 3 of us to get them lifted and they along with their kids were distraught
@HiveHomeUK is there another problem with the app? Being told some of my plugs and heating are offline whilst others are ok. They then come back on and others go off.
@SkyHelpTeam As nothing seems to work to rectify the problem (which we have experienced in the past) I would have thought getting an expert or engineer to sort the problem would be the next step??

@SkyHelpTeam I have and they sent an engineer out who said they have solved the problem but they haven’t as the sound input mode via hdmi was set at normal. As soon as you switch it to Dolby digital the lip sync is out of sync.

@OakSolution Hi, we had delivery of a dressing table yesterday with the mirror. Unfortunately we can’t seem to attach the mirror to the vertical supports as the support doesn’t go high enough to allow the screw to be attached to the wooden mirror frame!
