Hey @united, I know CrowdStrike put a damper on yesterday’s travel, but what’s up with cancelling today’s flight UA 1614 to Washington DC AT BOARDING TIME? Don’t get me started with the rebooking options getting in on Wednesday. That’s in 4 days. Unacceptable.

So here I am l. Stuck in Santo Domingo with 2 delirious kids in a city that doesn’t readily service international flights to the US.

Update: finally got to a hotel room. After 2 hours without communication @united told us to get on a bus where they would put us up for the night. And after we were all on the bus, THEN told us we were being driven 3 hours away
